Calgary sports idiot says he wants Rider plane to crash and for four people to die...

Was listening to the Fan960 in Calgary this a.m and Dean Molberg from The Morning Show says he wants the plance carrying the Riders to Calgary this week-end to crash and that he hopes four people die. He specified that he didn't want anyone on the crew to perish, just four Rider players.

When one of his compatriots suggested to him that he would be in trouble for his comment his reply was "I don't care".

This guy is highly negative to anything Saskatchewan related and states that he hates the Roughriders and anything to do with Saskatchewan with a passion.

There is such a thing as kidding around but this is way over the line. Absolutely deplorable.

Really awkward for his co-hosts... They tried to throw him a couple lifelines too, but he wouldn't take them.

Completely unprofessional, but no real surprise... That station has really gone downhill over the last year or two. Hope he has to answer for it.

Maybe Rhett Warriner took him out back. Should have.

like really if you have that much hate in you and you really want to see someone or a group of people die because of a sport they play or because they live in the next province and have owned the stamps in recent history in the playoffs....

If this radio station has any class or values this guy will be fired. An apology at this point is empty and meaningless. Does this station have a forum for writing in complaints. If so,I am sending one.

How does a guy like this keep a job seriously? I would love some of the rider nation to meet him, and see if hes got the balls to say it around some of us. I know what id be doing with a loser like this!

He was 100% serious. He has said a lot of anti-Rider things in the past and I've had an itching to meet the blabbermouth but yea this was beyond classless.

Be interesting to see if anything comes out of it but as Shams said any apology at this time will be empty. Also like Green Party says the co-hosts [Rhett Warrener and Andrew Walker] gave him the chance to lessen his vulgarity but he stuck to his comments and insisted he wanted it to happen "just before they get to the border".

He kept saying "I want the plane to go down" - followed it up with saying he didn't want the pilots or any of the crew to die, and also said he didn't want anyone with kids to leave any orphans, just four players who weren't married or with kids [as if that lessens the brutality of his ignorance.

It was kind of in between segments but like I mentioned to you in PM it was right around 9 a.m, probably a bit before 9 a.m as Warrener was still on and he's only on till 9. Not sure if there is any way to find it based on the time.
