This is the main discussion board. This forum is for dicussion about the CFL, and more specifically the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Looking for the loyalist, craziest, wackiest, greatest Saskatchewan Roughrider fans for a new television documentary being produced by Partners in Motion (same company that did the doc "On Roughriders" about the team's 100th anniversary). If you think you should be in the documentary, or if you...
We had this on here last year and it was cool. There are so many new people on here since last year that I thought it would be cool to do it again and learn about new members.
To get the ball rolling I'll start.

Even though this isn't football related, this is important enough to post here so everone sees it. Unfortunately a lot of sites are going towards the model where you have to pay for a subscription to read all their articles. If you are a paying member of such a site, please to not copy and paste...
How are CFL game used jerseys sized? NHL are like 52 to 58 roughly
Thanks for the help!
Seeing as though it's mid April and looking at the most recent photos of both of the new stadiums in Hamilton and Ottawa when are we going to hear about contingency plans for where these two teams are going to play their home games cause there no way in hell either one of them are in there before...
If mainstream CFL media leaves you wanting more, might wanna check this out.
Hopefully, as time passes we'll figure out how this thing works and include some video analysis and other fun stuff, once the season kicks off.
Have I missed something, or is the league a little bit late this year with their previous year cap report?
I know it is way past the WF and way past Christmas, but in my world poking the Stamps is always in season.

Gary Lawless of the Winnipeg Free Press is reporting Gary Etcheverry will be named defensive coordinator of Mike O'Shea's Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Lawless further reports Etcheverry will hire Nelson Martin, another former Rider assistant, as Winnipeg's defensive backs coach in 2014.
(For those few Yukoners on this board...)
Mike McCullough and the Grey Cup will be in Whitehorse Yukon this weekend, signing autographs etc. I believe this will be the first ever time that the Grey Cup is here? I could be wrong.

@ryguy_4: Officially signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders!
It appears Marwan Hage has decided to call it a career.
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have called a news conference on Monday at which time Hage is expected to announce his retirement as a Tiger-Cat.
After a 10-year career with the Tiger-Cats, the veteran...

29 days until the CFL Draft! Can't wait!
Great interview, looks like he impressed.
Wonder if down the road this will have an impact on rights payments in Canada?
Cut loose by the Lions / a FA now? (and Detroit has also signed Canadian D-Lineman Vaughn Martin - formerly of the Chargers & Dolphins - and drafted by the Als in the CFL)
Getting on in pro football mileage; any chance Izzy would want to come "home" and suit-up in the CFL - even if he has a...

Interesting that Burris is front and centre with no sign of Glenn.
What's the deal with Alex Hall? All I can find is he had a tryout with the Vikings a few weeks ago. Either my google-fu is weak, NFL teams are not pursuing him/ waiting until after the season/keeping it hush-hush, or we just might see him back next year.
If he does come back, is it worth it to...

The CFLHorsemen.ca have updated our 2014 draft coverage with an article on the CFL Combine and we also have our first 2014 Mock Draft. Check us out and let us know what you think.
Seems like a pretty tough feat. In the modern CFL era (since 1954), only 5 of the current 9* teams have ever been able to repeat as Grey Cup champions for a combined total of only 11 times in 61 years, with Edmonton counting for 6 of those.
Ottawa once (1969)
Toronto once (1997)
I just wanted to let everyone know our last two episodes of Horsemen Radio are now up.
The March 31, 2014 is about the combine, and if you ever wanted to yell at RadioRyan, you'll like this one because I do it.:good:
The most recent one we interviewed Spencer Wilson, offensive lineman for the...
