This is great news, as there will soon be 2 wins between the two of them in the last 5 years.

Are either of these guys short of cash that they need to do this? Or is it just a PR thing to stay relevant and keep the sponsorship dollars flowing?

Anway, I propose goofy contets for the rounds. Maybe one time on a mini golf course. One round in a best ball with their respective wives or girlfriends. All that kind of stuff. I'd watch that.

You couldn't pay me to watch a couple of has-beens going head to head. It's about a decade too late.

Lol. He shot 65 but they're talking like he shot 59. He's good for the sport and ratings but there's probably no real need to overstate and exaggerate everything he does.

Have you watched a golf telecast in the last 2 decades when Tiger was playing?? Itís pretty standard script at this point.

It was different when he actually was dominant. It wasn't really overstating anything. He really was that good. Now it's almost a pity party when he does play well.

Through almost half of tgat 65, the day's low, he was actually heading towards a 59. His front 9 yesterday was worthy of the talk. And pumping stars is the way It's been done since like forever.

But this is different & over the top. They might have cut away to Cincinnati Reds games when Pete Rose was on this 44 game hit streak but they sure as heck didn't when he was hitting .219.

The outrageous fawning over Tiger is actually disrespectful of the other players on the tour.
