It probably ends next week against the powerhouse Dinos but finally the Huskies break that playoff jinx and win a playoff game.

Happy about the Dawgs but UBC did everything to lose that game at the end. They deserved to lose after punting with third and half a yard. #chickenpoopcoaching

Considering the coaches poll was unanimous in picking the Huskies to finish last, Flory must be a shoo-in for Canada West coach of the year

My pleasure. It's actually a pretty good play by play presentation. Next best thing to video. Go Huskies!

25-15 now. Even though the Huskies did their best to screw that up!

How'd they not throw Calgary 10 out of the game or even call a penalty on him? What a cheap shot

Not to justify the cheap shot on the Huskie kicker at the end of the game BUT why with 25 seconds left, up 36-18 and the ball on the Calgary 3 are the Huskies not simply kneeling down and ending the game? I don’t follow the USports teams closely but is there some history / justification for this? Simply a Sask/Calgary rivalry thing?

Nice upset by the Dawgs !

Big crowd of 1700 range for the Hardy = way to go Calgary football fans - pffft; hope there is much better turn-out for the National Semi ?

Huskies draw the powerhouse defending Vanier Champs Western who crushed Guelph today - strong team on both offence & defence = tremendous/tough challenge for the Huskies. Hope it is a close game, and the Huskies need to both stop Western's ground game and get their own going = then they have a chance. Western's Merchant is IMO an outstanding QB - both thru the air and a real run threat himself; and Cedric Joseph and Alex Taylor (Esks draft pick last year) are a real 1-2 punch for the Western ground game. They are going to be very difficult to stop from putting up lots of points, IMO.
