Yup . it is going to be a definite change for him.

From all of the interviews I have heard, sounds like the Dorsey , Kitchens and Jones are great fit. People that have strong connections and are trying to turn around a moribund franchise.

Jones got in on the ground floor with a new HC. Nothing but upward movement for his future now.
