I'm wondering why they don't have a picture of Claybrooks there also asking the same question. Is it because Claybrooks is black and they figure they might look like racists if they did? Dickenson has way more coaching experience than Claybrooks has.

Possibly because he's a ST coach. Also Claybrooks seems to have been closer to a HC job in the past than CD. I think many view a ST coach below the DC and OC positions.
