Did CJ leave the Riders better then he got them??

Of course he did - at the time there was no where to go but up. But he did good.

3 years is an era? Ok.

We have our DBs back. Big hole at linebacker. DL is questionable without WJ or Antigua signed. No QB, not sure who our receivers will be? CJ left it in a mess.
hopefully ODay can get some players signed

Have to agree with this. From 2 years ago one of the top groups in the league to nothing left in the bank and toss in a different starter every season he was here.

There were in season improvements but his leaving at this time leaves the organization a mess with all the parts strewn about the floor and directions that coffee has been spilt on.

Yes he did, but I hardly think his term here was long enough to be considered an era. Chris Jones we hardly knew ya...

Better yeah, but I also wonder about calling this an "era".

A perfect.500 (27-27) record, and 1-2 in the playoffs. Not bad, not great. More precisely how are we left from a personnel standpoint? Kind of struggling with some positions on offence thats for sure. D should be strong again though.

He got his name out there, thats for sure.

He has no NFL experience although he lives the game but we will see if success follows him there.

It will be interesting how he feels after running a show up here to being part of a puzzle in Cleveland. Sometimes a guy who is the boss finds it pretty tough to go back to taking orders instead of giving them.

People complaining he left the team in shams with all free agents. Hello morons every team is in the same situation.

Isn't this pretty much every team? Edmonton, Calgary and Ottawa have questions around QB and receiver.

We were in the bottom quarter of free agents so that's a non issue. Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and BC don't have Qb's locked up. We have coaches on staff that know the system and a GM in training for years. We aren't in that bad of shape.
