I saw a thing on the interweb but can't remember what its called but its a driver that is air powered and you just line up to drive like you normally would and press a button and the face of the driver pops out and drives the ball for you ………… maybe you can get one of those ?

Got the mesh done just above the twig. Cut me open about 5 inches long. My personal recommendation....don't eat anything with pepper for several weeks post surgery. If you sneeze within the first week, you'll beg for someone to kill you.

What does a stomach hernia feel like? I think I have one.

An inguinal hernia? I had one repaired with the mesh as well. About same length of scar. I got mine done I was awfully slow moving for a while. Went out with some buddies once I thought I was feeling better. I think I was just off the pain killers so was just drinking pop maybe. My buddies get to telling jokes and I'm howling laughing. The motion of the laughing pulled on where surgery was done and I thought I was going to die. Haha

My mesh worked fine but I heard of this class action lawsuit so I checked it out. I am now comfortably retired.

So saw the specialist today and no surgery. It’s not bothering me and said call him when it bothers me.

As long as the little alien doesn’t pop out, we’re all good to go.

Sounds like maybe they could maybe just go in through your belly button and sew it. I've heard from a couple people and someone here mentioned that isn't a big deal. When your intestines start spilling out then it's a big deal.

I hope it works out. Mine happened more than 10 years ago when I was shoveling snow off the roof in the spring. I felt it right away and it was bothersome but not entirely debilitating. But when golf season came, oh man. I was fortunate to get in within a month or so to Regina General Hospital, don’t know why other than that I said I can go in at last second cancellation. I had laporoscapy with a mesh thing put in there. Funny thing was that the surgeon looked younger than Doogie Howser, I was a bit wary when I first met him, thought he may be some all-thumbs video kid, but he pulled it off. Good luck man!
