  • Lots of lakes on my street yesterday. I saw some people clearing out one catch basin - good idea.

    Here's the Regina map: https://www.regina.ca/residents/road...ch-basins-map/

              • A large chunk of highway 1 around SC is actually closed right now because of the storm.

                  • If you guys got what we got yesterday brace yourselves and stay off the roads. From about 5 pm to sometime in the early morning hours it was brutal. High winds and heavy snow.

                    • I drove from Medicine Hat to Swift Current yesterday and from Tompkins to Webb was a complete disaster. It's wasn't a matter of the Storm, just a lack of graders and plows. I think department of highways really dropped the ball here.

                      • Looks like it's all over. Some carnage on the roads yesterday judging by the reports.

                        Beautiful morning today though

                        • Some of us, me included, waking up to a May with snow on the ground. Nice!

April here had next to nothing for precipitation and was colder than average. Cold spring so far.
