  • Best gooey Cinnamon Buns in Regina??

    I know the greenspot or whatever its called has great sticky sugargoobuns but they only make them weds and sat i believe.. Used to get some from Henderson's at the U of R but it says its closed on the google.

    anyone know a place a guy can pick up a dozen on a friday . lookin for the old style big cinnamon buns with lots of sugar thats gooey or crunchy like the pic shown

    I'd be intrigued with the answer to this one, include Saskatoon too because so often you buy cinnamon buns they claim are "fresh" but they are simply goo on dry rolled bread and are quite a disappointment.

          For the gluten free folks or celiac people, the Joe's deli cinnamon buns are as close to the real thing as we've found.

                    Cromer Store in West Man. is the best sticky buns I've ever tasted by far you need a napkins on a roll and a bottle of water to wash your hands and face after As for cinnamon buns for some unknown reason I really like the two bite ones, can't stop at two

                      There's a place that opened up in White City recently called Suzie Cinn's. Her cinnamon buns are great!
